Community Gardens Workshop
Heritage learning in a Victorian walled garden
From roots to shoots and bricks to candlesticks.
National Lottery Heritage Fund
Living Potential has been awarded nearly £200,000 for a two-year project showcasing heritage learning experiences in an 1850s Victorian walled kitchen garden, formerly part of the Grade II listed Wood Hall estate.
The project reconnects local people with traditional skills, crafts, land, nature and the heritage of the walled garden in an environmentally conscious way.
